For some reason this message isn't loading correctly on ar.wikipedia.org. It shows up fine on the MediaWiki namespace page:
https://ar.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Vector-simplesearch-containing
But in the search suggestion interface, it shows up as:
<vector-simplesearch-containing>
even though the message has a translation into arabic.

This message is no longer; search suggest has been rewritten and merged into core. Marking as WFM, reopen if something similar is still happening.
