The caction menu (the one to the right in ltr-lang among the tabs) is missing the "Undelete". This is the same as the "Restore".

Beware that we use the term "restore" for restoring a page to a previous version. Please don't use it for undeletion, that's confusing.

Can you make the bug reproducible?
