I've been trying to import pages from meta to wikidata, both of which use the translate extension. When I did, the pages themselves imported fine, but I couldn't import the Translate: pages. Then, FuzzyBot reverted all of the pages to the English version and I can't change it back.

That's expected behaviour, you're not importing translations correctly.
Migrations are not a supported feature, so they're not included in the official documentation, but there is some attempt at a semi-automatical approach documentation at [[m:Meta:Translate_extension#Migration]].
For the rest, this might be considered a duplicate of bug 40341.

Thanks for the info Nemo_bis. I've closed this as a duplicate, since the introduction of some importing or exporting feature would fix this issue.
