I guess the bug is about http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Village_pump_%28technical%29#watching_star_is_out_of_order_for_an_article

The bug reporter linked the bug from there.
My testing indicates it's a problem with ogg files at enwiki.

Seems there are two errors:

On pages with TMH loaded, you also get:

[object Object]' is not a constructor (evaluating 'new mw.Api()')
mediawiki.page.watch.ajax.js:127

The $placeholder.slideUp issue is fixed with https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/26482

If0aa627951 has been merged in master and backported to REL1_20.
