Taking this bug.

As your logo height is superior at the expected 135px, please add this in [[ml:wiktionary:MediaWiki:Commons.css]] to avoid the logo to coincide with the window top (the 5px margin is similar as the Wikimedia Commons logo margin):

         margin-top: 5px;
 }
