In the past if a user did not have any edits, their contributions link would show up red (see bug 4393).

Looking at [[Special:ListUsers]] shows all blue contributions links, however most of those accounts have 0 edits.

The links should be changed back to red ones if the user has 0 edits, as it is helpful in easily noting whether an account has edited or not.

I think this is high-priority because it interferes with editors' ability to quickly tell whether other editors have made any contributions, and thus to encourage them.
