OTRS: Whenever I open the app,it shows that I am offline or not connected to the internet.Please help



Feedback list:The mobile app is not working .its keeps saying that i am offline.

I'm only seeing this on Android 2.2 on Android 2.3 and up I don't have this issue. When you install it and launch you get the attached screen.
