This really isn't a DonationInterface bug as that only runs on https://payments.wikimedia.org.  It isn't specific to FundraiserLandingPage either, but that is a better place to track it for donatewiki.

We currently don't support a donation pipeline without Javascript.  We should probably detect the lack of JS and give a descriptive error message.
