Whenever a new extension is added in mediawiki/extensions.git, it is not properly fetched by the beta autoupdater. That can cause the beta cluster to produce blank page whenever that extension has already been added to the mediawiki-config files.

The script does 'git pull && git submodule foreach git pull'. Following a conversation with Chad, the last command should simply be 'git submodule update --init'.
