Includable special pages with params should be includable also via their aliases

example:

{{Special:ListUsers/sysop}} - works
{{Special:ListAdmins}} - does not work, although Special:ListAdmins is an "alias" for Special:ListUsers/sysop

It is a redirected special page, not an alias, because the term "alias" is used for l10n/i18n of the special page names (and that works)
