page, sometimes the title is unlinked and the name of the host page becomes a
link (see attachment, the bottom one has a title with no link and the hostpage
is linked, the top 2 are the other way around)."

The linking behavior is now consistent on the overlays (1 link) and the All Notifications page (all pages linked), at least for the currently active notification types.
