The value of {{NUMBEROFARTICLES}} is 0. This variable should count the number of pages in content namespaces http://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Special:ExpandTemplates?contexttitle=&input={{NUMBEROFARTICLES}}
This was already fixed by Ib894a502, pending deployment. Closing as fixed. FYI: {{NUMBEROFARTICLES}} gives the number of pages that are considered countable. For wikitext, that means that it's not a redirect but contains one link. For data items, it was not defined at all, hence the problem.
