Errm, I don't think we have a simple way of doing this for just one wiki.. As they all use the interwiki map on meta

Is it not possible to use http://de.wikiversity.org/wiki/Spezial:Interwikitabelle?uselang=en ?

Yes, but that's built from the interwiki map on meta https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Interwiki_map - You can't do it on a per wiki basis
