The link in the invitation for users to update the corresponding Wikidata item (e.g. after a page move) is broken. It leads to something like http://localhost/mediawiki/index.phpenwiki/Rome

Merged already. Can this be closed as RESOLVED FIXED, or does this need to be backported, or...?
