Hi, $wgSitename in the Urdu Wikipedia is "منصوبہ". This means "project". It should be "ویکیپیڈیا" - "Wikipedia". I started a discussion here: https://ur.wikipedia.org/wiki/WP:VP#Site_name .

but there is a lot of pages which started progect (منصوبہ) namespace, so you should take lot of cares that these pages will not be deleted, as urdu wiki sufferred in portal namespace. Thanks.

Currently in deployment for the site name, I'm opening a new bug for the namespace.
