I tried to upload a picture using flickr import feature, the URL I pasted resulted  in fetching only a single picture which was already uploaded on commons, thus giving the message that there is already another file with the same name.

Then clicking on "remove file" brings back to the UploadWizard interface but with improper positioning of the button that says "Select a file to donate"

Tested again, seems to work now.
The problem was a resource (some png file) that failed to load probably due to slow internet connection

That's weird. Even with image loading completely turned off in the browser, that button should still display in the right location. Oh well, glad it's working now.
