On clicking "Get images from flickr" without supplying any url no dialog is shown in IE8 but the button is still disabled.

Another issue with IE is the buttons don't have rounded corners

Merged the fix, would like to get this pushed somewhere so we can test it a little more rigorously. Kaldari, if you get the chance?
