$wgUploadNavigationUrl on the English Wikipedia currently points to [[Wikipedia:Upload]], which is now a redirect to [[Wikipedia:File Upload Wizard]]. Could you please update it to point to the latter.

Taking this bug.

[ Local Consensus ]

[[Wikipedia:Upload]] has been a redirect to the requested page since February, so I guess this is fine to assume the change is consensual.
