Note that current rules want the list name as wikimedia-ve@lists.wikimedia.org.

Hi Wilfredo, thanks for filing this request on Bugzilla. Per the mailing list standardisation on Meta-Wiki, https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Mailing_lists/Standardization#Wikimedia we are now dropping the -l for list names and following a "Wikimedia-XX" format for chapter mailing lists. Therefore, the list name would be Wikimedia-VE@lists.wikimedia.org.
