Steps to reproduce:

* Click on the trigger button "English".
  -> The window "Select Language" occurs.
* Click on the button "Display settings".
  -> The window changes to "Language settings".
* Click on the trigger button "English".
  -> The window "Select Language" occurs again behind the window "Language settings".

Expected result:
* Only one window can exist at the same time.
* The second click on the trigger button closes the window.

A strange situation still exists. Steps to reproduce:

* Click on the trigger button "English".
  -> The window "Select Language" occurs.
* Click on the button "Display settings".
  -> The window changes to "Language settings".
* Click on the button "...".
  -> The window "Select Language" occurs again but without the two buttons for "Display settings" and "Input settings".
* Click on the trigger button "English".
  -> The window "Select Language" occurs.
* Click on the button "Display settings".
  -> The window changes to "Language settings".
* Click on the button "...".
  -> The window closes.
