The youhavenewmessagesfromusers message was displayed to me. I deliberately edited the URL to go to the history of my talk page, and saw the youhavenewmessagesfromusers message had disappeared. I then loaded the main page and again, saw the youhavenewmessagesfromusers message. While looking at the history of the main page, the message was still displayed. I had also confirmed it to be displayed when on the history of another user's talk page. I believe the youhavenewmessagesfromusers message should also be shown on the action pages (I checked for delete and protect as well) of the page that the message is on.
On which page (web address) does this happen? Can you still reproduce this after clearing your browser cache? See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Bypass_your_cache
It happened on the English Wikipedia, using my user talk page.
Still reproducible after clearing cache.
