I tried to create a user account on ky.wikiquote.org, and got the following
database error:

A database query syntax error has occurred. This may indicate a bug in the
software. The last attempted database query was:
    (SQL query hidden)
from within function "User::addToDatabase". MySQL returned error "1054: Unknown
column 'user_email_authenticated' in 'field list' (10.0.0.101)".

(I'll attach the full HTML next.)
The error occurred on a retry also.

For some reason this db hadn't received some layout updates. Applied, should work now.

Will check others dbs...
