Not sure where https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/weekly-bug-summary.cgi?tops=10&days=7 comes from, but Top 10 people who resolved the most reports in the last 7 days: Top 10 people who most quickly fixed a report in the last 7 days: are rendered like links in Firefox, and Top 10 people who most quickly fixed a report in the last 7 days: is just empty.
Looks like Nemo_bis already tried upstream (see "See Also" field). Wikimedia's page looks like the KDE extension to me. https://bugs.kde.org/weekly-bug-summary.cgi?tops=10&days=7 works. (Note to myself: There is WeeklyBugSummary in http://bzr.mozilla.org/bugzilla/extensions/ but that's the GNOME extension.)
So we DO use the KDE code according to https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=25637#c3 , and it was added in http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:Code/MediaWiki/84691 . bugs.kde.org is currently 4.2.1 so the current code DOES work with 4.2. Not sure if there changes were required to that code for upgrading from 4.0 to 4.2. The current canonical version of this code is https://projects.kde.org/projects/websites/bugs-kde-org/repository/revisions/kde/entry/weekly-bug-summary.cgi according to neverendingo in #kde-sysadmin . Having bug 33158 in mind, unfortunately there's no change history as https://projects.kde.org/projects/websites/bugs-kde-org/repository/revisions/kde/changes/weekly-bug-summary.cgi is the first revision. Might have to do with KDE's move from SVN to Git.
