Description Rafael Schweizer 2012-11-29 12:06:23 UTC
What is working as expected:

- If I create an article (in wikitext mode) with different level titles with some text in between the titles, the titles are displayed correctly.
Exemple:
In wikitext I write: "== My title == some text === Another title ===".
The titles in the article are displayed as expected.

What is NOT working as expected:

- If I create an article (in wikitext mode) with different level titles with NO text in between the two titles, the titles are not displayed correctly.
Exemple:
In wikitext I write: "== My title == === Another title ===".
In the article it looks like: "My title ===== Another title ="

I suppose it's not reproductible on other system than ours, but do you have any idea where it could comme from?

Thanks a lot.

Thanks for taking the time to report this!

I'm not convinced that this is a valid bug: I think you should have a linebreak after finishing your header.

I can also reproduce the problem by entering the one line
== My title == something === Another title ===
on test2.wikipedia.org which runs MediaWiki version 1.21.

For future reference, testing with a supported version of MediaWiki first (e.g. on test2.wikipedia.org) is highly welcome, as 1.16 is very old.
