A paragraph when changed to be a heading using the toolbar drop-down has its content deleted (but the presence still stays).

This was resolved in I994b8c43123c3cd02b9a550d5d7eac7d5052418e

This bug was introduced in I4600e984b287c6ff9267f4281d2f09bab9e1ad95 because ve.ce.ContentBranchNode's onUpdate method was being overwritten by ve.ce.HeadingNode.
