See the URL: The title shows "German subtitles for clip: File:Tagebau Garzweiler bei Otzerath Schaufelradbagger Januar2008.ogv" but no subtitle exists.

Expected message: 'mwe-timedtext-language-no-subtitles-for-clip' => 'No $1 subtitles were found for clip: $2'

This message seems ununsed in code.

Also see bug 17322 and bug 40985. There's initial work on this going on.
