According to docs, this hook has been introduced in 1.20.
I see:

./Translate.php:$wgHooks['ApiTokensGetTokenTypes'][] = 'ApiTranslationReview::injectTokenFunction';
./Translate.php:$wgHooks['ApiTokensGetTokenTypes'][] = 'ApiGroupReview::injectTokenFunction';
./Translate.php:$wgHooks['ApiTokensGetTokenTypes'][] = 'ApiAggregateGroups::injectTokenFunction';

Do things still work without it?
