When i try to page protect a page, edit my Preferences, add a user to a user group it just return me to the page it came from

i tryed it also on a other fresh install with the same problem and then again on 1.19 where it worked without problems

Matthew_ from IRC looked at it also and could not find any errors and he will add a chat log

I guess the concern for this is the fact that page protection and user rights changes failed without any warning, in either the PHP debug output or the $wgDebugComments.  

I've attached the IRC log.
