srv229 enwikisource: Memcached error for key "commonswiki:file:dd4e39b9c9dd17a0c922d21e833e4d18" on server "10.0.12.5:11211": ITEM TOO BIG

This is probably 95% of the memcached log and causes more DB hits and multiple memcached RTTs for no gain. The actual file metadata cache perhaps should be split out of the main file row cache. The metadata could be cached under sha1 to avoid consistency problems.

Also these DB queries go to the commons master.
