The VisualEditor should have a "show changes" button in the save dialog, taking the user to a wikitext diff in a hover over the editor surface; backend is now written but the front-end is still needed.

Ic34fae7a8dbfc2a91ab36ba77613e17a91f29f6f is going to resolve this, when it's done.
