Created attachment 11458 [details] Different message styles used recently and corresponding html I just restyled the borderless tight bright orange box into a calmer green style (like the old wmf-maintenance global notice we used to have). It was harder to read (didn't git well into our bugzilla) and grabbed too much attention for a 2-hour scheduled maintenance announced 1 week ahead of time. Then I realised there is actually a built-in CSS hook for these type of messages (id="messsage") which is styled by our Bugzilla theme. So I changed it again to use that instead. If we don't like that we can just update the Wikimedia Bugzilla stylesheet in Git and update it properly (instead of overwriting it with custom HTML in the admin interface). See screenshot of the different styles and corresponding HTML. Documenting here per bugzilla admin agreement (there is no changelog for admin actions).
Also, I updated the time-zone link to pass the actual date and time mentioned in the message, the site we link to doesn't exactly have the easiest of interfaces to use. And for wrapping, non-breaking spaces between xx:xx and TZ.
Thanks! Appreciated.
