Having bug 31641 comment 6 in mind but seeing also the quotes of Fabrice in above links to de.wp, I assume that the position is that it is not recommended to deploy the current AFTv5, but that nobody will stop you either. :)
Comment 2 Dereckson 2012-12-04 19:40:25 UTC
Assigning bug to mmullie@wikimedia.org who is currently deploying it.
Comment 3 Dereckson 2012-12-04 19:40:41 UTC
Gerrit change #33069 has been deployed.
Comment 4 Dereckson 2012-12-04 19:51:06 UTC
Gerrit change #34964 deployed.

I've also created Gerrit change #36810 to add a reference to this bug.
Comment 5 Dereckson 2012-12-04 19:58:10 UTC
Deployed live and working on de.wikipedia.
Comment 6 se4598 2012-12-04 20:00:20 UTC
A database query syntax error has occurred. This may indicate a bug in the software. The last attempted database query was:

    (SQL query hidden)

from within function "ArticleFeedbackv5Fetch::run". Database returned error "1146: Table 'dewiki.aft_article_feedback' doesn't exist (10.0.6.65)".
Comment 7 Dereckson 2012-12-04 20:28:31 UTC
There were a little issue during the deployment. We're currently redeploying the extension, this time with the database schema change done.
Comment 8 se4598 2012-12-05 16:45:21 UTC
fixed as the extension is successful deployed. Remaining issues are going directly to the AFTv5-Devs
