We have SqlStore::rebuild() for rebuilding all secondary info from primary entity data. We now need a maintenance script that calls that function. 

This is needed for the updater, but may also come in handy for direct manual execution.

Is this rebuildAllData.php? If so it is done as the script exist. Setting this to assigned, set back to new if this is about another script than rebuildAllData.php.
