As you can see in the [http://tr.wikisource.org/wiki/Ana_Sayfa main page] of Turkish Wikisource, the name of the project is wrong. It has to be "Vikikaynak", not "Viki'''K'''aynak".
[Moving to "Wikimedia" product as this request is about settings / configuration of the website, not about the codebase of the MediaWiki project.]
The term is constantly written "VikiKaynak" on that page, and there is not a single "Vikikaynak" spelling. For any configuration change, we require a local consensus. Could you discuss the matter on the Village pump / Grease Pit / etc page of the Turkish Wikisource (or any other appropriate place) to confirm that this change is wanted by the community, and paste the link to the discussion here?
Good morning, Thank you to have reported the issue. Could you discuss the matter first on tr.wikisource? I see for example the logo uses Vikikaynak but the homepage uses VikiKaynak everywhere ("VikiKaynak'a hoş geldiniz", "VikiKaynak nedir?"). The ideal place to discuss such matters seem to be [[tr:s:VikiKaynak:Köy çeşmesi]].
I don't think we should discuss this issue. Because other projects in Turkish language have similar names like Viki"k"aynak (Viki"p"edi, Viki"s"öz, Viki"s"özlük, Viki"k"itap, Viki"t"ür, Viki"h"aber). Everypage uses VikiKaynak, because we can't [http://tr.wikisource.org/wiki/%C3%96zel:SayfaTa%C5%9F%C4%B1/VikiKaynak:Hakk%C4%B1nda move] them to "Vikikaynak" :)
Most Wikimedia developers and global admins don't speak Turkish, and we will definitely NOT interfere with translation or naming decisions. Hence discussion is a requirement. There will not be any change without previous discussion of the tr.wikisource community.
There are almost no community in Turkish Wikisource :) But I'll try to make a discussion about the issue.
I sympathize and I understand it could be complicated to discuss such matters on the smallest projects without active community. The appropriated way is to let a message on the village pump. You can also look recent changes for recent editors and ask them to join the discussion. If such message doesn't get any answer after a reasonable delay (e.g. two weeks), we can consider the absence of protestation is a consensus.
(http://tr.wikisource.org/wiki/VikiKaynak:K%C3%B6y_%C3%A7e%C5%9Fmesi#VikiKaynak_.3E_Vikikaynak) Here is your consesus. Only two active users gave their opinion, but this is the best I that we can do :)

Thank you to have launched this discussion and got a consensus. I'm preparing your configuration change. [ Setting discussion as URL. -shellpolicy +shell. Taking this bug. ]

Deployed.
