When a changes is made on wikidata.org, information about that change should be injected into the recentchanges table on the client wikis. This is done via the pollForChanges script.

pollForChanges is configured to run from cron on hume (for now, pending a better solution). It runs, but does not inject anything into test2's recentchanges table. Running the script from the command line directly appears to work, according to Chad.

Note: as of the morning of December 10, pollForChanges is removed from cron.

Change I14a7ebb8aa31a4e50735db9c28ff8d2759cd872c and I86d0868aac210be608c04a3df9ea11eaa0f2e785 should help with resolving the problem.
