In order to comply with the 2004 California Online Privacy Policy Protection
Act all of our apps have to include a privacy and terms of service link.
Currently the Wikipedia PlayBook app does not have this.

Let's put these in the article footer below 'Provided under ...'

Display would be as simple as "Terms of Service | Privacy Policy"

We should just pull the BB playbook app -- it hasn't been touched in ages, and Blackberry is no longer supporting the platform with OS updates or future products in the line.

Ok, it's removed from the store.
