As I said on list, this config option doesn't behave the way you guys think it does. Marking INVALID since there's nothing we can do--please file a bug upstream: https://code.google.com/p/gerrit/issues/list
Chad says he's going to test the config change just to see if it works. If it doesn't, I'll follow up with the Gerrit developers.
