Visit http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Watchlist?returnto=Kwangmy%C5%8Fngs%C5%8Fng-3%20Unit%202 and watch the styling kick in.

This is because stylesheets are being appended when the document has finished loading.

ResourceLoader should be initialised in the head of the document and the module mobile.watcblist needs to specify 'position' => 'top',
