wikibugs should monitor the channel, and when it sees a string like "bug 42774" (or whatever), it should output the URL to that bug and the bug title.

works perfectly fine, not sure I'd want that noise automatically every time. Might be potential overengineering.

As Andre said, we have a bot replying to:

 !b 1234

That will write out the URL :-)
