Can't be deleted anymore by admins. Though the file can be created, reverted and uploaded (new versions).

Is it possible to delete this file 'by hand'?

Sorry for all the mails. I cloned the bug #39221 and the CC List was also cloned hiddenly. Sorry again.

fixed. I finally managed to delete all versions.
