Screenshot attached. This was on first ever page view of this article. I had *not* tried to upload *anything*

I'm confident that this was a caching problem due to deployment. You were using beta and photo uploads doesn't exist in beta. I've reviewed the code and there is no reason why it should show in this situation.

Let me know if this resurfaces.
