I respectfully submit that "→" is too tiny a link area for aiming the mouse, and there is no reason
not to make it the entire "→‎Suspension Section".

Yes there is. It would conflict with the links in the rest of the summary.

I am merely asking you move the </a> from
→‎</a>Suspension Section
to
→‎Suspension Section</a>
