Long term feature addition request: Not only do headers like 7 Criticism (October 2011) not offer the user a way to "get the link", other than copying it from the TOC... **Each individual comment** has an unlinked timestamp. I.e., there is no way to link to an individual comment within a long discussion. Compare this with e.g., Facebook's http://www.facebook.com/groups/taiwan.couchsurfing/permalink/505080126191377/?comment_id=505510526148337&offset=0&total_comments=5 Or http://meta.stackoverflow.com/questions/86997/what-can-i-do-when-getting-sorry-we-are-no-longer-accepting-questions-answers/86998#comment401121_86998 on Stackoverflow, etc. Of course note that the link one gets from the timestamp should position the browser to the top of the comment, not back to the timestamp which is at the bottom.
