All video files which are globally used do not show this on their file description page on commons.

See example:
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:GlobalUsage/2012-07-18_Market_Street_-_San_Francisco.webm 
but nothing is shown on the file description page:
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:2012-07-18_Market_Street_-_San_Francisco.webm#filelinks

* This bug is limited to videos.
* It works on de.wiki for example ( https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Datei:2012-07-18_Market_Street_-_San_Francisco.webm#filelinks )

I think this got fixed a while back
