Upload from Flickr works for Firefox on Windows XP, but not with Chrome Version

Thank you for your bug report.

Please indicate the steps you followed, and the error message you got.

Could you also give any relevant output the Chrome developer console gives?

Instruction to enable it could be found at the following URL:
https://developers.google.com/chrome-developer-tools/docs/overview#access

You want then the "Console" tab.
