Special:Import should allow GET and/or /interwiki:Page "subpage" in URL

.../wiki/Special:Import/w:X
.../wiki/Special:Import?interwiki=w&frompage=X

to import page "X" from Wikipedia.

Please clarify your bug report.

What change should be made:
- from a user perspective (UI)?
- from a code perspective (the action related to this UI change)?

Not sure what to clarify on request to allow GET params in URL to prefill the import form as well as on having nice URL performing the same action.

Thank you, this is now clear, this bug is to read parameters from URL, to fill the import form.

Dereckson: Do you still plan to work on this?

Note: As this has the 1.21.0 target milestone set, this needs to receive a
patch. If this does not receive a patch in the next weeks, the Target Milestone
will likely get removed.

Removing target milestone that was in the past.

If you want this in a specific release, have a good reason AND you are willing to find resources to fix this bug, feel free to change it to something appropriate.
