Not sure if it's a problem with the extension's configuration or code or with the wiki's configuration, but it's not nice to get duplicate notifications when usual enotif is still working (as it should per bug 41839).
Please disable "Notify me by e-mail when someone... Posts on my talk page" by default, or set "Do not send me any e-mail notifications" by default in Echo's "How often I receive notifications by e-mail".

Normal watchlist e-mail notification would keep working as it's working today( bug 41839 ), we would send usual watchlist enotif if a pag is updated, these are not handled in Echo.

One exception is for "E-mail me when my user talk page is changed", this will be handled in Echo instead of the usual enotif
