As discussed, let's combine the page review options into a single user preference, as follows:

'Reviews a page I created'

... instead of:

'Reviews a page I created
 Reviews a page I created and adds maintenance tags
 Reviews a page I created and nominates it for deletion'

This is still an issue on prototype, which has all our latest features:

We didn't deploy these 'page review' preferences to MediaWiki because that site doesn't support Page Curation, which is needed for these notifications.

These are added by the PageTriage extension.

Yes, I know. Our team developed PageTriage this summer, primarily for the English Encyclopedia. This extension is not supported on MediaWiki, so we cannot test it there for Echo. We have to test it on prototype for now.

Please clarify, is this bug related to Special:Preferences or Echo. I don't see any preferences added by PageTriage on my local wiki.
