I have entered (https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=42721) his bug a while ago, but it is said that there should be a local consensus about the issue. Than I started (http://tr.wikisource.org/wiki/VikiKaynak:K%C3%B6y_%C3%A7e%C5%9Fmesi#VikiKaynak_.3E_Vikikaynak) this discussing, and two active users of Turkish Wikisource community supported this.

ozkan: Please do not deliberately duplicate reports. It only creates more work for everybody and does not help your case.
