For some reason it is impossible to move or delete this file. I tried moving and deleting the file page, but it had no effect the file itself. Somehow the file seems to have become detached from the file page.

Possibly related to bug 30916.

I even tried uploading another file over it, but it only affected the escaped version of the URL.

Returns 404 for me now...

Actually I just played around with telnet and it's returning 404 from eqiad, but 200 from pmtpa and esams... Is this bug 41130?

In this case it's the original image that is persistent. The thumbnails seem to be properly deleted.

Strangely, it seems to be gone now. I wonder what caused the delay. Oh well, marking as WORKSFORME.
